SmartViser to Showcase Mission-Critical Communication Testing Solutions at TCCA/CCW 2026 in London

Press release for Critical Communications World 2026, with SmartViser logo, stand G66, 16-18 June, Excel London, UK.

Rennes, France, 4 June 2026. SmartViser, a leading provider of automated testing and performance measurement solutions for mobile and telecom services, is proud to announce its participation at the TCCA/Critical Communications World (CCW) 2026 event in London, taking place from 16 to 18 June 2026. SmartViser will also participate at the GCF/TCCA Workshop on 19 June 2026, hosted by the UK Home Office, reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting the public safety and mission-critical communications community at the highest level.

About the Event

TCCA/CCW is the world’s premier event for critical communications professionals, bringing together network operators, technology vendors, government agencies, and first responders to explore the latest advancements in mission-critical communications. The GCF/TCCA Workshop, hosted by the UK Home Office, represents a unique opportunity for industry leaders to engage directly with government stakeholders on the future of public safety networks.

A Comprehensive Suite of MCX Solutions on Display

At CCW 2026, SmartViser will showcase an extensive portfolio of solutions designed to help customers maximise the performance and reliability of Business and Mission Critical (MCX) networks. With the rapidly growing demand for dependable MCX Push-to-Talk (PTT), MCX Data, MCX Video, and MCX Call services in critical environments, SmartViser will present compelling real-world use cases demonstrating how its technologies support effective MCX service testing, validation, and monitoring throughout the network lifecycle.

Two key product lines will be featured:

  • Active Testing Solutions – Ideal for pre-launch troubleshooting and service validation, these solutions ensure network and service readiness and performance before going live. SmartViser’s active testing capabilities allow operators to simulate real end-user scenarios and measure end-to-end KPIs with precision.

  • Network Monitoring Solutions – Delivering continuous, automated monitoring to guarantee service stability, coverage, and real-time performance tracking once networks are operational. These solutions enable NOC teams to proactively detect and resolve service degradations — often before end users are even aware of an issue.

Key MCX KPIs Measured Across Both Solutions:

  • PTT Access Times – end-to-end Push-to-Talk call setup performance across all RRF operators

  • Mouth-to-Ear Latency – voice signal processing delay, critical for real-time coordination

  • Audio Quality MOS – Mean Opinion Score, measuring voice clarity and detecting network-induced degradation

  • MCData Performance & Stability – data service reliability and throughput under operational conditions

  • Messaging Performance & Stability – delivery speed and reliability of MCX messaging services

  • Call Performance & Stability – VoLTE and MCX call success rates, drop rates, and quality metrics

  • Service Availability – continuous uptime tracking across all critical services and operators

  • Aggregated & Drill-Down Analytics – fleet-wide overviews with the ability to drill into individual device or site-level detail

Real-World Success: The ACMOSS Use Case

SmartViser and ACMOSS collaboration for mission-critical network monitoring, with both logos and an ambulance.

A flagship example of SmartViser’s impact in the field is its strategic partnership with ACMOSS (Agence des Communications Mobiles Opérationnelles de Sécurité et de Secours), the French agency providing 4G/5G broadband network services to security, emergency, and medical response forces. ACMOSS operates the Réseau Radio du Futur (RRF) — France’s Future Radio Network — which is the critical communications backbone for frontline public safety agencies.

To ensure ongoing service continuity and improve user experience across the RRF, ACMOSS’s innovation laboratory deployed SmartViser’s viSerTempo solution — a specialised automated testing and active performance measurement tool for mobile and telecom services. viSerTempo operates via “smartphone farms” that behave as real users, simulating end-to-end MCX communications including calls, data transmission, PTT services, and application services.

Key outcomes of the ACMOSS deployment include:

  • Continuous measurement of device and telecom service performance across all RRF operators

  • Analysis of critical KPIs, including PTT Push-to-Talk request times, Access Time, Mouth-to-Ear latency, and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) for audio quality

  • Full integration into the ACMOSS Network Operations Centre (NOC) via a dedicated real-time dashboard, enabling proactive alerting and rapid incident root-cause analysis

  • Monitoring of VoLTE (Voice over LTE) communications quality, ensuring a consistent experience across both MCX and conventional communications over the RRF

In the words of ACMOSS: “This strategic and sovereign partnership with SmartViser — a French company specialising in communications measurement — aims to guarantee security, emergency, and medical forces a high-performance, reliable network adapted to the demands of their daily missions, where the quality of communications can, concretely, contribute to saving lives.”
